As co-founder of Marvel Cosmetic MedSpa, Taryn has helped shape the practice into one of Middle Tennessee’s most trusted destinations for modern, natural aesthetics. Her leadership reflects a strong belief that clinical expertise is only part of the equation. Taryn treats a range of cosmetic concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, scarring, hyperpigmentation, unwanted spider veins, and acne. She assists with and utilizes numerous services to boost self-confidence and wellness, including chemical peels, facials, Hydrafacial, sclerotherapy, hormone therapy, Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, and waxing.

She takes the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and anatomy before recommending any treatment.
Whether she’s performing Botox or developing a full-face strategy with filler, Taryn focuses on enhancements that feel true to the individual, not trends. Beyond treatment rooms, Taryn is a vocal advocate for safety and ongoing education in the aesthetic field. She regularly mentors fellow providers and helps set the standard for Marvel’s approach to care: thoughtful, expert-driven, and always centered around the patient.

Taryn graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in 2007 with a double major in chemistry and child development. She then graduated with honors from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia, as well as the University of Nebraska in 2009 with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies. She has extensive procedural, surgical, and aesthetic experience, including valuable hands-on training alongside some of the industry’s finest cosmetic surgeons and physician assistants.
Taryn is a certified physician assistant with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Tennessee Academy for Physician Assistants, and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
